It swings; it is the scene.'** Swinging Chelsea will present a celebration of the art and culture that flourished in London's borough during the 1950's and 60's. Coinciding with the 40th anniversary of the Andipa Gallery, Swinging Chelsea takes a nostalgic look at the area's diverse art scene that gave rise to the one of the most influential art movements of the 20th century - Pop Art.
