Roy Lichtenstein Untitled 1988 Oil and Magna on photographic base on canvas 160 x 235 cm (63 x 92 1/2 in) The original photograph was taken by Gianfranco Gorgoni in 1973 and depicts Lichtenstein himself riding in Southampton, New York. Lichtenstein later acquired and reworked the piece with oil and acrylic. It is signed on verso by both Gorgoni and Lichtenstein. |
